\u201cFrom the very first meeting with Gediminas, I saw that he is well prepared and knows what he is doing, so the work started really intensively. We immediately began to delve into the most important part of the business – the entrepreneur. Gediminas made it possible to understand and refine the main qualities that every successful entrepreneur should have. He began to delve not so much into my business, but into my talents and values as the entrepreneur. It left a big impression for me. During the mentorship, I was confused as to whether I was moving towards the right direction or I should change it because the business I had at that time did not bring a large turnover. Gediminas gave a lot of ideas and suggestions on how to grow as the entrepreneur, and made it clear that a business is as strong as its entrepreneur. He provided excellent insights not only on business development, but also on personality and leadership development, so I would definitely recommend him as a mentor. He understands people very well, and knows that it is necessary to work on the most important chain of any business – the entrepreneur. Besides that he is able to provide various tools and methods for business development and growth.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was my first time participating in the mentorship project, and until then I had nothing directly to do with the business, so the expectations were to generally understand what, where, how, when, where to start and what all the processes look like. Gediminas led us on the road and little by little helped us refine our ideas, which probably looked a bit strange or unmeasured at the beginning.<\/p>\n

Productive meetings with certain homework helped us understand business processes and not to deviate too much from the path as we certainly had such moments. However, further meetings with Gediminas allowed us to look at everything from the different perspective and steered us in the right direction.\u201d\u2006 \u2006<\/p>\n

We had two directions – personal football training and sales of football equipment. At that time, we focused more on personal training and Gediminas helped us clarify our strengths and weaknesses that need to be improved, what value we provide to the client and how we can supplement our range of services. After some time, we applied the acquired knowledge, and especially the value creation to the customer and self-positioning, by starting with sales of football equipment and accessories. So, even after the end of the mentorship project, at some point we went back to it, remembered what we had learned, where it had led us, and applied the acquired knowledge in another newly developed business.<\/p>\n

Briefly about Gediminas: during the mentorship, he was the one who helped us put our chaotic thoughts and ideas on the shelves and look at everything in a clear mind.\u201d<\/p>\n
