LET’S CREATE
AND GROW
TOGETHER

One of my greatest passions is helping businesses grow or get back on their feet by working with teams that solve complex challenges and create real value. I choose to work with people where there is trust and a shared passion for what we do.

What matters to me is not only the outcome, but also the journey itself — building meaningful relationships, learning from one another, enjoying the process, and creating long-term, sustainable value together.

I am proud to contribute to the Lithuanian technology community, while strongly believing that growth and progress have no borders. I am open to collaboration and new opportunities both in Lithuania and internationally. I truly believe that investment and innovation are among the key drivers of economic growth, and that by working together we can achieve more by sharing experience, knowledge, and the value we create.

I will share my personal journey in the world of investing and technology, where I continuously strive to contribute to the growth of Lithuania’s startup and technology ecosystem. The experience I have gained and my passion for this field have enabled me to bring exciting projects to life and become an active part of Lithuania’s innovation community.

One of my greatest achievements is membership in the Lithuanian Business Angels Network (LitBAN). Lit-BAN is an organization that brings together experts and investors from various fields, cooperating to support new business projects. LitBAN members, like me, have a wealth of business experience and are constantly sharing their knowledge with young entrepreneurs.

On September 6, 2023, I got elected to the board members of LitBAN. It is one more step towards my commitment to contribute to the growth of business and technology in Lithuania.

Big AMBITION

KALMETAL

June, 2025

In July 2025, I joined Kalmetal as Business Development Manager.

I came to help the company grow.

The goal is to help grow Kalmetal up to 5x over the next three years, together with the employees and partners.

This stage is about more than sales or business development. It is about working with values, the team, direction, processes, and opportunities that can create lasting value.

I am not working here as an external consultant. I am working as a Business Development Manager with skin in the game — with responsibility, involvement, and laser focus on results.

My long-term ambition is to help Kalmetal achieve 14x growth in company value as quickly as possible.

Please help if you have contacts in outdoor leisure equipment, specialized trailers, home heating solutions, manufacturing subcontracting, trade, export, or the B2B sector.

If you see opportunities for long-term partnerships, orders, or growth — let’s talk.

The goal is not to grow in any random way.

The goal is to grow fast, harmoniously, with enjoyment, and with a clear result.

Success Story & Lesson Learned

FPRO

December, 2019

FPRO is a strong example of how solid early foundations can grow into international success. From individual football training sessions in Lithuania, the team evolved into a global SportsTech startup, securing a €2 million investment from Tesonet and building a digital product now used by more than 140,000 young athletes worldwide. In 2023, the company reached €5.5 million in turnover and €1.9 million in net profit, demonstrating strong and sustainable business performance.

At the very beginning of the company’s journey, I worked closely with the CEO and co-founder, reviewing core values, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and helping establish a clear foundation for the company’s purpose and direction based on those values. This early work supported key decisions that later enabled the team to adapt during the pandemic and successfully transition into a worldwide scalable digital product.

While our paths naturally diverged as the business entered a new growth phase, I see FPRO’s success as a meaningful outcome and a personal lesson — a reminder that early work on people, values, and direction can have a lasting impact, even as the story continues in new forms.
